1. Overview
Websitefy is a visual website builder created by ARTHOUSE Studio. The current Microsoft Store release is designed to work offline and lets users create, edit, preview and export website projects on their own Windows device.
Websitefy does not sell personal information. Websitefy does not send your website projects, page designs, images, icons, templates or local project files to ARTHOUSE Studio servers.
2. Offline-first app
The current release of Websitefy does not require an ARTHOUSE account, cloud sync, online workspace or remote project storage. Your work is created and managed on your own device unless you choose to export, move, upload or share files outside the app.
3. Local projects and app files
Websitefy may store project files, app settings, layout information, preview files, image cache files, export files, autosave or recovery files, and similar working data on your device. This information is used to provide editing, preview, recovery and export functionality.
You control where you save, export, copy or delete your projects. If you move exported websites to a hosting provider, server, cloud drive or third-party service, that external service may process the files according to its own privacy policy.
4. Forms created in the designer
Websitefy lets users visually design web form layouts and form-related page elements. In the current release, Websitefy does not collect completed form submissions from visitors and does not send form data to ARTHOUSE Studio.
If you export a website and later connect your forms to your own server, email service, database, hosting provider or third-party integration, you are responsible for how that exported website collects, stores or transmits form-submission data.
5. Microsoft Store subscriptions
Websitefy Pro subscriptions are handled through Microsoft Store. Payment, billing, Microsoft account information, purchase processing, refunds and subscription management are handled by Microsoft and are subject to Microsoft’s own terms and privacy practices.
Websitefy may check Microsoft Store entitlement information to determine whether a valid Websitefy Pro subscription is active. ARTHOUSE Studio does not receive your full payment card details from Websitefy.
6. External links
Websitefy may open external links when you choose to access support pages, product pages, privacy information, help resources or Microsoft Store subscription management pages. External websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
7. Information Websitefy does not collect
In the current release, Websitefy does not include:
- Advertising or third-party ad tracking inside the app.
- ARTHOUSE account login inside the app.
- Cloud sync or automatic upload of your Websitefy projects to ARTHOUSE Studio.
- Location tracking.
- Camera, microphone or contact-list collection.
- Collection of visitor form submissions by ARTHOUSE Studio.
- AI-generated content or downloadable online content in the current release.
8. Support requests
If you contact ARTHOUSE Studio for support by email, website form or another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, product name, issue description, screenshots, attachments and messages. We use this information to respond to your request and improve our products.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell Websitefy user information. We may use limited service providers for hosting, email communication, security, support or website operation when you contact us or visit our website. Microsoft Store handles Store purchases and subscriptions separately.
10. Data security
Websitefy stores project data locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device, Windows account, project folders, exported files and backups. We recommend keeping Windows updated and using safe backup practices for important project files.
11. Children’s privacy
Websitefy is intended as a productivity and design tool. It is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and ARTHOUSE Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Websitefy.
12. Future online or AI features
Future versions of Websitefy may add online services, downloadable content, cloud features, AI-powered tools or other connected functionality. If those features are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are released.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Websitefy Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
